How many different colours are there in the Zeal range?

We have a total of 11 different colours to choose from plus exclusive ranges in cooking, baking and accessories;

Aqua, Duck Egg Blue, Cream, Sage Green, Provence Blue, Lime, Mustard, Rose, Red, French Grey, and Dark Grey.

What are Zeal products made from?

Most Zeal products are made from Silicone, Melamine and BPA FREE Plastics.

Can I put my Zeal products in the dishwasher?

Zeal products are dishwasher safe unless otherwise stated, however, we do recommend hand washing components with blades to maintain sharpness.

What payment methods can I use to place my order?

You can use Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, PayPal, or Apple Pay.

Does it cost me any extra to use PayPal or MasterCard?

No, both PayPal and MasterCard payments do not carry any extra charges.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can check the status and progress of your order by logging into your Zeal online account.

How do I register for a Zeal account?

You can register for a Zeal account in just a few simple steps. We will ask you for your email address and to enter an account password. You will then receive an activation email.

Do I have to create an account to order with you?

No, not at all. You do not have to create an account to order from Zeal. You will just need to enter your payment and address details each time you order from us.

What are the benefits of creating a Zeal account?

We’ll remember your addresses for you to make ordering again that much easier. You can also easily track the status of current orders and view old order details within your Zeal account.

ORDERS

Can I change or amend my order place my order once it has been placed?

Unfortunately due to the way our orders are processed, we’re unable to cancel or change orders once they have been placed. We therefore ask you to take the time to read and check your order at each stage of the order process to ensure the correct details are entered before placing your order.

Will I receive a confirmation email?

You should receive a order confirmation email from us as soon as you have placed an order. For all our registered account users, the order will also appear in your Account page. Our order confirmation emails may also appear in your junk or spam folders in your mail account, therefore we would suggest you check here too. If you have not received an order confirmation from us, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

My order has arrived damaged or incorrect, what should I do?

Please contact us with details of the incorrect or damaged item(s) items received so that we can help resolve this for you.

DELIVERY

How much is delivery?

We offer Free standard delivery on orders over £30 to the UK. Orders under £30 costs just £2.95 for delivery. For full details please visit our Delivery page.

How long will my delivery take?

Our items are usually delivered within 3 – 5 business days. Some couriers may deliver slightly earlier or later.

Who will be delivering my Zeal order?

The couriers delivering your Zeal order will be either Royal Mail or DPD. We will let you know by email once your item has been shipped.

Do you offer an Express or Next Day delivery service?

We're sorry, we currently only offer a Standard delivery service however we aim to get our orders dispatched and delivered as soon as possible.

Do you make international deliveries?

We're sorry, we currently only deliver to the UK however we aim to offer international deliveries in the future.

RETURNS

What is your returns policy?

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return it to us in its original condition using the returns address listed in your package within 30 days. Please note that we are not able to cover the cost of your return postage and we cannot accept the return of items that have been used. For full details please visit our Returns page.

What is your exchange policy?

We currently do not have the ability to exchange products. If you would like a different product, size or colour, you will need to return the item(s) to us and place a new order. Your return will be refunded once it has been received and processed at our warehouse.

When will I receive my refund?

Please allow up to 10 business days from the day we received your item.
